Thank you for your interest in the Aurora Product Test program.

Information on your activities and interests is needed so that suitable test product can be selected for you. Please complete the profile below. When you are done, click on the submit button at the bottom of the form to send the informatin to the Club. All information you submit will be kept confidential and will not be sold or shared with anyone else.

You will be selected to test products based on your profile information. You keep the product you test - FREE! In return, you must honestly evaluate the product and state your opinions of it on electronic report form (sent to you when it is your turn to test). In some cases we may require you to take and send before and after digital photographs or videos of the application and finished result. We, and your fellow Club members are counting on you to fairly evaluate the product.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • Please DO NOT mail or fax your Profile to the Club. Send it electronically by clicking on the "submit" button at the bottom of the page.
  • You will be selected to test products as new products are developed that suits your profile and qualifications
  • If any of your Profile information changes, please submit another Profile. Resubmitting your profile will not affect the time it will take for you to receive a test product.
  • To remain an eligible tester, you must have submitted a report on any products that you have previously tested.
  • To remain an eligible tester, you must submit a new profile after testing a product.
